Logistics company No Limit, specializing in, among other things, e-commerce sector services, has extended its lease agreement for over 5,000 sqm of space located in the Tristar Grodzisk industrial and logistics park.
"Locations in the vicinity of Grodzisk Mazowiecki are an attractive proposition for the logistics industry due to the favorable price-to-quality ratio and location. When planning the strategy for the future of our facilities, we want our tenants to grow with us – which is why, as in the case of No Limit, our priority is always to extend cooperation with current tenants," says Urszula Rasmussen, Head of Industrial Leasing, White Star Real Estate.
Tristar Grodzisk is located near the town of Radonice, close to the A2 motorway, which creates optimal conditions for distribution to both the Warsaw market and Central Poland. It also enables quick access to the motorway, which runs to the German border, and the S2 road, which provides a connection to the southern Warsaw bypass. At the same time, Tristar Grodzisk is a relatively new facility, built at the beginning of 2016.
"In every business – and especially in logistics, stability, well-chosen partners, and predictability are essential features for success. Cooperation with Tristar guarantees us operational stability, but what is equally important for us is the fact that we can count on the possibility of expansion in facilities where our clients seek development for their businesses. I am glad that the Tristar team respects our values regarding ecological solutions, understanding how important a factor for the development of No Limit is respect for the environment," says
Mariusz Rączka, Director of the Logistics BU at No Limit.
The agreement with No Limit is yet another lease extension in recent months, implemented as part of the Tristar project. At the end of December, Spedimex extended its agreements in two logistics centers - in
Gdańsk and
Poznań. In November, Inter Cars decided to continue cooperation and will remain in Gdańsk. Previously, similar decisions were made by, among others, LPP in Gdańsk, and Sigolables, Nagel Polska, or Ruch in
Wrocław. Thanks to this, Tristar, with a total portfolio of 162,000 sqm of space located in 5 warehouse and logistics parks, consistently maintains a very low vacancy rate, which is lower than the market average.
