Over 40,000 sqm for an electronics industry giant

Panattoni with another production facility for a global giant. One of the world leaders in the home appliance and electronics industry will start using a factory with an area of over 40,000 sqm by the end of 2023. The BTO facility is being built in western Poland and will be used for the production of household appliances. The value of the project is over 80 million euros. 

Production facilities are a specialty of Panattoni. The developer currently delivers nearly half of its facilities in the BTS (build-to-suit) formula, and a significant portion of them are production plants or projects serving as facilities for existing factories. Currently, Panattoni is implementing, among others, an investment in the BTO (build-to-own) format, tailored to a global electronics leader. In western Poland, it will deliver a facility with an area of 40,800 sqm. As part of the factory construction, Panattoni will reinforce the floor to up to 20 tons, which will allow for the implementation of automation solutions for the entire technological line required by the client in the production process. The developer was also responsible for securing and preparing the land, and will also provide road infrastructure in the investment area. It is also obliged to ensure an appropriate connection capacity, which amounts to 16 MW.

The factory will be prepared in accordance with Panattoni's high standard of sustainable construction and will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The developer will implement solutions in the field of energy and water saving, prepare infrastructure for charging electric cars, as well as green relaxation zones with ecological furniture. In the office spaces, Panattoni will ensure appropriate acoustics, air quality, and increased access to daylight.
