Over 6,000 sq m for Bohnenkamp at MLP Łódź

MLP Group has acquired a new tenant at the MLP Łódź logistics center. Bohnenkamp has leased over 6,000 sq m of modern space. Of this, nearly 5,700 sq m will be used for warehouse purposes. The remaining 370 sq m will consist of social and office space. According to the arrangements, the warehouse space will be handed over for use at the end of March this year, and the office space at the beginning of July this year. 

Bohnenkamp is a leading wholesaler of tires, wheels, and automotive parts for professional use. It supplies dealers and manufacturers with high-quality products from its extensive range. The supplier's wholesale assortment includes tires and wheels for agriculture and forestry, earthworks and industry, as well as for the needs of heavy transport, small vehicles, and special vehicles. The entire international Bohnenkamp team offers customers comprehensive service and consulting in over 30 countries in Europe and Asia.

The MLP Łódź project is a modern logistics and distribution center located in the south-eastern part of Łódź, in the Widzew district, just 4 km from the A1 motorway, connecting Łódź with the Tricity, and approx. 20 km (10 min) from the A2 motorway (Berlin-Poznań-Warsaw). A major advantage is the proximity to public transport. It is being built on a plot of approx. 20.98 ha and will ultimately provide 86,800 sq m. The new center is being built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, and the warehouse facilities will be subject to BREEAM certification. The MLP Łódź logistics complex is aimed primarily at tenants from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light production sectors.

In accordance with the „build & hold” strategy, MLP Group retains logistics parks in its portfolio after construction is completed and manages them independently. All projects implemented by the Group are also distinguished by the very attractive location of the logistics parks, the use of built-to-suit solutions, and support for the tenant during the lease agreement.
