Over 75,000 sqm for DSV as part of Wrocław Logistics South Hub

Panattoni, the market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, is leasing nearly 80,000 sqm to DSV – a global logistics operator – as part of the Wrocław Logistics South Hub. This is the first lease agreement for space in the developer's largest project in the region, which will ultimately occupy 250,000 sqm. Its construction began this summer.

Across Poland with a quality guarantee. By the end of March 2023, Panattoni will approach a quarter of a million sqm of industrial space delivered for DSV in Poland. That is when 75,300 sqm will be delivered as part of the Wrocław Logistics South Hub investment, which will total 247,000 sqm. This is another project in the region for the global logistics operator, for whom Panattoni has also provided space in, among others, Warsaw, Łódź, Kraków, and Gdańsk.

- DSV is constantly developing on the Polish market, and this year it once again found itself on the podium in the ranking of TSL industry companies. We are pleased that by providing space throughout Poland we can support this success and that a company with offices in over 90 countries chooses us in the Central and Eastern European region. We reciprocate with an exacting technological standard and in the scope of sustainable construction, which is extremely important for a company with such reach and ambitions. By adding an excellent location, close to the S8 route, we become an ideal partner in domestic and international operations - says Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director at Panattoni.

The sustainable development of space for DSV will allow the developer to obtain BREEAM certification at the Excellent level and significantly reduce energy consumption, CO2 emissions, and also take care of the wellbeing of users. Employees will benefit from, among other things, green relaxation zones or modern office spaces tested for acoustics, air quality, and access to daylight. Panattoni will also prepare electric car charging points and spaces for carsharing.

Locally and internationally. The largest Panattoni project in Lower Silesia – Wrocław Logistics South Hub – is being built in Magnice, in the immediate vicinity of the S8 route crossing almost the entire country – from Białystok in the north-east to the Wrocław Motorway Bypass (A8). The complex is also located near the A4 motorway, enabling efficient connection with Western European countries. The international character of the investment is emphasized by the time of just two hours that separates it from the borders with the Czech Republic and Germany.
