P3 invests in Silesia. Developer purchased 22 hectares

The land that has been added to the P3 portfolio is located right next to the A1 motorway, 25 km from the largest road junction in Poland - Sośnica, connecting two trans-European motorways A1 and A4 as well as national road no. 44. Nearby are also the main cities in the voivodeship - just a 20-minute drive separates the investment from Gliwice, 25 minutes from Zabrze and 30 minutes from Katowice. Such a location will ensure efficient distribution of products not only within the country, but also abroad - to Germany and the Czech Republic.

- The land acquired last year in southern Poland located in Dębieńsko and Kąty Wrocławskie as well as urban plots in Katowice and Wrocław will significantly increase and complement the portfolio of P3 logistics parks in key locations in the country. They will also allow us to offer our clients who want to operate in this region of Poland the highest quality of facilities fully adapted to their requirements - comments Bartłomiej Hofman, Managing Director P3 Logistic Parks in Poland.

On the newly purchased land, the construction of big-box warehouses with a total area of nearly 110,000 sqm is planned. The buildings will be certified under the BREEAM system at the „Excellent” level. The start of construction of the facilities is planned for the first quarter of 2023.
