P3 Logistic Parks has started the construction of a new warehouse park in Gliwice. The first stage of the investment will offer nearly 40,000 sqm of space, and ultimately the complex can be expanded to almost 100,000 sqm.

The first stage of P3 Gliwice

P3 Gliwice is being built on a plot of 19.2 ha. In the first phase, the developer will build 39,971 sqm of space, including approximately 1,900 sqm of office and social facilities.

The investment is being carried out speculatively, i.e., without securing the entire space with lease agreements in advance. The warehouse will be intended, among others, for companies from the logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing sectors.

Ultimately almost 100,000 sqm

The project assumes the possibility of expanding the facility by another 58,967 sqm. Ultimately, P3 Gliwice can therefore offer nearly 100,000 sqm of space under one roof.

The building will have a clear height of 12 meters, and the floor load capacity will be 7.5 tons per sqm. An electrical power reserve has also been planned for tenants conducting activities with a higher energy demand.

Warehouses by the A4 and A1 motorways

The park is being built by the A4 motorway, near the Gliwice-Sośnica junction and the A1 motorway. The location provides access to main transport routes running both on the east-west and north-south axes.

Thanks to this, the facility will be able to handle distribution on the domestic market and transport to European markets.

BREEAM Excellent and energy-saving solutions

P3 assumes certification of the investment in the BREEAM system at the Excellent level. The building will feature, among others, a BMS management system, LED lighting with DALI control, and infrastructure for charging electric vehicles.
