A modern facility will play a key role in the European expansion of the Chinese B2C retailer.
Ochama has partnered with P3 to expand its warehousing and logistics network, increasing operational efficiency in Europe. The facility enables 48-hour order fulfillment across Poland, with some orders qualifying for same-day delivery, and an increase to 80 percent in the 48-hour order fulfillment rate in Germany - says Owen Zhao, Head of Warehouse Operations at Ochama.

Ochama offers home delivery services in 24 European countries. From January to October 2024, orders in Poland and Germany increased by 284 percent year-on-year.
The Poznań warehouse will serve as a key hub for:
- warehousing,
- sorting,
- distribution of high-demand inventory.
It will enable efficient order processing and faster response times, which will strengthen the company's ability to serve European customers.

P3 Logistic Parks: a new hall for a Chinese B2C retailer
The new hall will house a warehouse with an area of approx. 27,000 sqm and offices totaling over 650 sqm.
The warehouse will reach an above-standard height – 12 m clear height and will be equipped with a reinforced floor with a load capacity of 7.5 t, the highest fire resistance class - in the future, this will allow for the installation of a multi-level mezzanine. In addition, panels with a PIR core will be installed in the warehouse for excellent insulation, a flexible Good-to-Person system, increasing picking efficiency, with three times higher productivity compared to traditional methods.
The facility will be built in accordance with BREEAM certification requirements at the "Excellent" level.

The warehouse will be equipped with:
- solar panels for preheating water,
- energy-efficient LED lighting with an automatic control system,
- infrared taps.
- greywater recovery installations so that green areas do not require watering,
- shelters for cyclists,
- charging stations for electric cars.
The general contractor for the facility is the company Bremer.
P3 Poznań park is one of the largest logistics parks in western Poland. It is located southeast of Poznań, near the S11 dual carriageway, which connects to the A2 motorway and provides access to Warsaw in the east and Berlin in the west.
