P3 aspires to be a leading investor in the European market. The company plans growth through investments and further development of development projects.
P3 entered a particularly dynamic growth path in 2016, when it was acquired by GIC, a Singaporean sovereign wealth fund. Since that moment, the company has managed to almost double its value, which currently amounts to approximately 7 billion euros. Furthermore, during this time, P3 has built approximately 1.8 million sqm of new warehouse space, and has plans for another 800 thousand sqm. P3's development was aided by market conditions, which proved favorable for logistics space providers, as well as the faster spread of online shopping and the evolution that has taken place in consumer shopping habits.

Over the next few years, P3 plans growth through further development of its development activities and searching for investment opportunities – this applies to both large, pan-European portfolios and smaller transactions focused on individual assets in local markets.
The market is very hot, but based on our investment experience, we see a number of attractive opportunities. We will continue to actively conduct transactions and increase our portfolio. We recently finalized the purchase of a portfolio with an area of 112 thousand sqm in Spain, and we are currently in the process of executing several other transactions located in various European countries - says Otis Spencer, CIO P3.
- Development through the construction of new facilities is one of our greatest strengths, which is why we see it as the main source of growth. In many countries, the biggest problem is currently the lack of available land, but our teams work closely with partners to acquire land and design warehouse space that meets the specific requirements of our clients. Where possible, we focus on investments in post-industrial areas ("brownfield"), which from the point of view of environmental protection is the most appropriate solution. Furthermore, despite the fact that we specialize in the delivery of logistics space, our skills also allow us to provide highly specialized facilities intended, for example, for last-mile logistics, data storage, or cold storage - says David Marquina, CDO P3.
- Just as for the entire group, for us too, the last few years have been a time of dynamic development and expansion into new markets. In the initial years of operation in Poland, the company focused on the development of logistics parks in the main warehouse markets in the country such as Warsaw, Central Poland, and Poznań. For over 2 years, we have been diversifying our portfolio by investing in existing facilities and expanding our land bank also in other key markets such as Wrocław, Łódź, and Gdańsk. At the same time, we are constantly actively looking for attractive land for new investments - adds Bartłomiej Hofman, Managing Director P3 Logistic Parks in Poland. - The last quarters have been a very busy period for the entire team. We currently have 140 thousand sqm of logistics space under construction, and since the beginning of this year, we have handed over facilities with a total area of over 60 thousand sqm to our clients.
