Panattoni has started construction of a new park in the Greater Poland region – Panattoni Park Poznań XIV in Głuchowo. The first tenants are Gasa Group and Markat Plus. Completion of construction is planned for February 2025.
Panattoni Park Poznań XIV is a modern logistics and industrial park, which will ultimately cover 63,000 sqm of space in two buildings. Construction has just begun on the first hall with an area of 14,000 sqm, in which 6,300 sqm of warehouse space and 1,100 sqm of office space will be occupied by Gasa Group – an international trading company that operates a B2B platform offering a wide range of plants. The company plans to start operations in the new facility as early as the second half of February 2025.
- „Gasa Group has decided to integrate and optimize its logistics and office processes under one roof, in a new, larger space. We are pleased that the company has chosen our latest investment in the Greater Poland region” – says Katarzyna Kujawiak, Development Director at Panattoni.
The second tenant is Markat Plus – a company specializing in the sale of wood-based materials, which has leased 3,000 sqm. It will start using the new space from July 2025.
- „For both tenants, a huge advantage of our park is its location: at a strategic point at the junction of the A2 motorway and the S11 and S5 expressways” – adds Katarzyna Kujawiak. Panattoni Park Poznań XIV is located just 1.5 km from the junction of the A2 motorway and the S11 expressway, as well as 12 km from the Poznań-Ławica airport. The facility is only 160 km from the German border, which ensures easy access to international markets. In turn, the proximity to Poznań (14 km to the city center) and public transport connections makes it easier for employees to commute. Additionally, the location in Głuchowo is not burdened by excessive traffic, which affects comfort and operational efficiency.
The entire park will be certified using the BREEAM method at the Excellent level. As part of the investment, modern pro-ecological solutions will be used, which will ensure energy and water savings, as well as a high level of work comfort for users. With the well-being of future tenants in mind, Panattoni focuses on increased access to natural light and office spaces designed with acoustics, thermal comfort, and air quality in mind. The park will feature electric vehicle chargers and green zones in front of the buildings.
