The regularity with which Panattoni BTS implements the most ambitious projects of strategic importance is confirmation that international companies wanting to develop in the region find in us a reliable partner delivering tailor-made space. In this case, the synergy between Panattoni BTS and Panattoni Emerging Markets also played a special role, thanks to which we were able to perfectly meet the client's expectations – says Marek Foryński, Managing Director at Panattoni BTS.

Szczecin attracts business thanks to assets such as the proximity of the motorway, the pro-investment approach of the city authorities, and its strategic location near the German border and the port in Świnoujście. Our new investment, prepared together with Panattoni BTS, will fully benefit from these advantages. The distribution center will be perfectly connected – both modern road infrastructure is available, enabling the service of the Polish and German markets, as well as an efficient SKM connection to the center of Szczecin, which is particularly important for employees – says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni and adds –
The facility will be built in accordance with the highest standards of sustainable construction and will receive BREEAM certification at the highest Outstanding level”.
The developer will reinforce the roof of the facility and equip it with a 1 MWp photovoltaic installation, and heating will be provided by ecological heat pumps. In terms of resource savings, a greywater installation, among others, will be used. Bicycle infrastructure (shelters for 48 bicycles) and 20 charging points for electric cars will also be available for employees.
The West Pomeranian industrial real estate market has grown rapidly in recent years, driven by investments by Panattoni Emerging Markets. Modern industrial spaces in the region are attracting interest from foreign companies, especially from Western Europe and Scandinavia, which are locating warehouses and production plants here. The developer has so far delivered 800,000 sq m in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, which is the largest volume outside the so-called Big Five, and the construction of the new distribution center is another step towards the first million.
