Panattoni buys land near Piaseczno at the DK7/S8 junction

Panattoni is responding to the unflagging demand in the Warsaw region. The developer has purchased over 4 hectares of land and will soon begin construction of Panattoni Park Warsaw South III Piaseczno, delivering the entire space immediately – approx. 20,000 sq m. The investment will be built near the S7 expressway and the Janki junction - connecting National Road 7 and the S8 expressway.

The Warsaw region in Q3 2022 was the most attractive market in the country in terms of demand for industrial space – during this period, over 320,000 sq m was leased. Panattoni is contributing to the development of the region, having already delivered a total of over 2 million sq m here and constantly confirming its potential, especially for logistics operations. In recent months, the developer has, among other things, signed two large contracts for projects in Radzymin – 50,000 sq m for Poczta Polska and 30,000 sq m for Esa Logistika. Furthermore, Hart Logistics has started using a facility within Panattoni Park Pruszków, and in April 2023, DTW Logistics will begin operations on 25,000 sq m at Panattoni Park Warsaw West.

The next project will be built in the vicinity of Piaseczno, where the developer has purchased over 4 hectares of land and will deliver Panattoni Park Warsaw South III Piaseczno with an area of 20,000 sq m. The construction process will begin in the coming months. The investment will also be equipped with an automatic license plate recognition system and an ESFR sprinkler system in accordance with NFPA guidelines.

"Despite high inflation and uncertain times for business, we expect continued high demand for industrial space from the logistics industry, and the Warsaw market will be the driving force. To meet the demand, we are acquiring more land in strategic locations. Panattoni Park Warsaw South III Piaseczno is an investment with huge potential for both domestic and international operations. Thanks to its location near the Janki junction, it will provide excellent road connections in all directions." – says Michał Samborski, Development Director at Panattoni.

The location of Panattoni Park Warsaw South III Piaseczno near the S7 and S8 expressways will allow for efficient travel to, among others, Gdańsk and Kraków and further to the southern border, as well as to Białystok, Łódź, or Wrocław.

The investment will be equipped with a number of sustainable solutions that will allow it to achieve BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. Tenants will benefit from, among other things, water-saving sanitary fittings, twilight sensors for outdoor lighting, and intelligent energy management systems. Furthermore, office spaces will be tested for natural light, acoustics, and thermal comfort, and mechanical ventilation with high-class filters will minimize the concentration of pollutants in the building. In addition, Panattoni will plant trees and shrubs and flower meadows, as well as provide benches made of ecological materials and houses for invertebrates, insects, birds, and amphibians. Employees will benefit from infrastructure for cyclists, parking spaces for car-sharing, and electric vehicle charging stations.
