Panattoni celebrates 15 years of presence on the market
Since its inception in 2005, Panattoni has completed over 10 million sqm of space. Outside of Poland, the company is present in the most strategic countries for logistics and industry: Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, as well as the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.
Panattoni celebrates 15 years of presence on the market. The company is the European branch of Panattoni Development Company, one of the largest industrial space developers in the world. It began its operations in Europe in 2005, launching an office in Warsaw, headed by Robert Dobrzycki, currently CEO of Panattoni.
"During this time, we have become number 1 among industrial space developers, delivering over 10 million sqm to the market in Poland, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Our position is confirmed by numerous rankings. This year, for the fourth time in a row, Panattoni took first place in the PropertyEU list of the largest developers from all over Europe, clearly outdistancing the competition both in terms of delivered space (6.31 million sqm in 2017-2019) and ambitious plans. These are related not only to the prospective development of the e-commerce sector, of which Panattoni is a leader, but also to our expansion into other countries. Over the last few months, we have started operations in further strategic European markets - in the Netherlands, as well as Spain and Portugal" – says Robert Dobrzycki.
