Panattoni completes investment in Błonie
Panattoni has secured financing for the construction of the third and final hall as part of the Panattoni Park Warsaw West investment. A loan of 10.2 million euros was provided by Erste Group Bank AG.- The loan obtained from our Austrian banking partner, Erste Group Bank AG, will allow us to complete Panattoni Park Warsaw West – one of the key investments in the capital region. Thanks to this project, we are strengthening our presence in the strategic Warsaw market, where we have already delivered over 2.1 million sq m of logistics and industrial space. Another 112,000 sq m remains under construction. - says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni.
The last hall of Panattoni Park Warsaw West is a building with an area of 16,460 sq m, which is being built for the logistics operator XBS Logistics. The entire park will cover over 90,000 sq m of modern industrial space and is already fully commercialized.
The investment is characterized by an excellent location - close to Warsaw, 35 minutes from the Chopin Airport and in the vicinity of the planned Centralny Port Komunikacyjny, as well as with good access to main transport routes, including the A2 motorway, connecting key logistics centers in the region: Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań and Berlin.
The facility uses numerous solutions to reduce energy and water consumption, which translates into lower operating costs for tenants. The building will undergo BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level.
