Panattoni consistently develops its portfolio in Pomerania

Panattoni has just commissioned the first hall as part of the Panattoni Park Tricity East V complex, located close to the Port of Gdańsk. REGESTA is starting its processes in the new facility. 

At the end of last year, Panattoni had over 620,000 sqm of delivered space in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. Now, the developer has commissioned another facility, increasing its resources in the region by 50,800 sqm, and 20,000 sqm remains under construction in the vicinity of the Tricity. Panattoni Park Tricity East V, whose first hall has just been commissioned, is located close to the A1 motorway, the Tricity bypass, and the Baltic Hub Deepwater Container Terminal. Plans include the construction of a second hall, and ultimately the complex will reach 105,800 sqm.

REGESTA has leased nearly 36,000 sqm, and this will be the operator's largest logistics center, and the location of the investment – due to the possibility of cooperation with the port, container transshipment at Baltic Hub and BCT – was of key importance. In the Tricity park, the company will soon begin comprehensive handling of sea transport and accompanying services, including container transport, customs clearance, warehousing, picking, or distribution. Block and rack storage, cross-docking, a customs warehouse will be implemented in the new space, and the tenant will also benefit from modernly designed offices.

In accordance with the developer's standard, Panattoni Park Tricity East V will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level and will be equipped with solutions for water and energy saving, as well as user wellbeing. The biodiversity of the investment area was also taken care of – among other things, double rows of trees, a flower meadow with insect houses, and a pocket park at the office entrance were prepared.
