Panattoni has purchased an 8.2 ha plot in the Annopol district of Warsaw. The developer will build City Logistics Warsaw IV here, which will occupy approx. 40,000 sqm. Two facilities within the park will be built in an attractive location, next to the S8 expressway, allowing for efficient domestic and international transport. The investment will also be located in the immediate vicinity of a tram terminus. City Logistics Warsaw IV is already the sixth project under the City Logistics concept in Warsaw.
City Logistics Warsaw IV will be built on an 8.2 ha plot and will consist of two halls with a total area of 40,000 sqm. The investment will be built in an excellent location, right next to a tram terminus. Thanks to it, future park employees will be able to reach the city center in approx. 30 minutes. Furthermore, less than 2 km from the investment, the final station of the second metro line - Bródno - will be located. City Logistics Warsaw IV will be situated by the S8 expressway, which provides convenient transport to important logistics centers in Poland – Białystok, Poznań and further to Germany.
"The location of our new investment in Annopol is associated with a number of benefits. Firstly, it is an excellent base for tenants, thanks to the direct connection with Białystok and Poznań, or further with Germany. Secondly, the facility will be perfectly connected with the rest of the city, which will guarantee access to employees. Tram connections and the nearby Bródno metro station will allow for efficient access from almost every part of the capital." – comments

"One should also not forget that Annopol is a historical industrial fabric of Warsaw, and the location does not conflict with residential development. All this creates an excellent climate for conducting business within City Logistics Warsaw IV."City Logistics Warsaw IV is already the sixth investment in the City Logistics area in the capital. Apart from Warsaw, these projects are still being developed in Wrocław, Katowice, Łódź or Poznań - currently, the developer has delivered approx. 200,000 sqm of space as part of urban logistics, and is in the process of building another 100,000 sqm.
