Panattoni develops City Logistics segment - new urban facility to be built in Poznań

Panattoni, the leader of the industrial real estate market in Europe, will build a new facility with an area of 12,000 sq m in Poznań. As part of the City Logistics segment, Panattoni has already built approx. 370,000 sq m in 22 locations.

Panattoni is driving the development of a new logistics and industrial zone in the western part of Poznań – just 7 km from the city center, where it has purchased land and is planning the investment of its second urban park in the capital of Greater Poland - City Logistics Park Poznań II. The urban location of the facility guarantees excellent access to all of Poznań's infrastructure, such as buses, trams, bicycle paths, or the railway station. The strategic location will enable efficient recruitment of employees who value a quick commute to work and will guarantee companies convenient access to the target customer.
