Panattoni enters Belgium, expanding its presence in Europe

Belgium plays a key role in the European logistics sector, due to its strategic ports and excellent connections to major markets such as Germany, France, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Its favorable location makes the country an attractive destination for investing in multi-functional logistics facilities. Starting operations in Belgium is a strategic step for Panattoni, given the developer's extensive experience in delivering high-quality, sustainable logistics facilities.

Jeroen Gerritsen has been appointed General Manager, responsible for developing the company's presence in the country. Panattoni's first investment in Belgium will be located in Wallonia. Construction is scheduled to begin in the autumn.

Belgium is a key hub in the European logistics sector.
