The first 36,700 sq m of City Logistics Wrocław I already leased.
City Logistics Wrocław I is a project comprising six warehouse and production halls with a total area of approx. 99,000 sq m, located just 8 km from the center of Wrocław. In the first phase, two buildings with a total area of 36,700 sq m were delivered. Both facilities have already been fully leased, primarily to companies from the logistics and distribution sector, manufacturers and suppliers in the automotive industry, as well as companies in the home appliance and consumer electronics sector. Currently, the construction of two more halls with an area of 11,300 and 10,900 sq m respectively is starting.
"The signed lease agreements indicate an unflagging interest in this region of the country. Despite significant warehouse saturation, the demand for logistics infrastructure remains very high, which is a result of the rapid development of e-commerce. This applies especially to facilities located within the city, well-connected and facilitating so-called last-mile deliveries," says Damian Kowalczyk, Development Director at Panattoni.
City Logistics Wrocław I is another investment by the developer in the vicinity of the Wrocław Motorway Bypass. The Wrocław portfolio of Panattoni currently consists, apart from distribution complexes, also of a BTS-type facility for Amazon. Logistics centers are concentrated in the southern and western part of the Wrocław agglomeration. Lower Silesia and Wrocław are one of the five largest and most attractive logistics locations in the country. So far, approx. 2 million out of 18.4 million sq m of space in all of Poland have been built here.
