Panattoni expands its portfolio of TSL industry clients

Panattoni, the leader of the industrial space market in Europe, with its first project for DTW Logistics – a dynamically developing company from the TSL industry. The enterprise will occupy over 25,000 sq m within Panattoni Park Warsaw West, and will start using the leased space in April 2023.

Support in the development of key locations. The operations of DTW Logistics are based on providing professional services in the field of domestic and international forwarding in road transport of neutral, refrigerated, and hazardous (ADR) goods, as well as logistics services. A key location remains Błonie, where the company started its operations in Poland. Thanks to the new space provided by Panattoni, the company can once again increase the scale of its operations in the field of fulfillment services and contract logistics.

In the Panattoni Park Warsaw West located in Błonie, DTW Logistics has leased over 25,000 sq m and will consolidate its operations in the region under one roof as part of the investment. The company will benefit from, among other things, a co-packing zone with natural lighting, a customs warehouse, and extensive parking lots. Furthermore, the project will be equipped with a number of sustainable solutions that will allow it to obtain BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level.

Panattoni Park Warsaw West is located by National Road 92. The location allows reaching the A2 motorway, connecting the most important logistics centers in Central and Eastern Europe: Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań, and Berlin, in less than half an hour. The investment is located approx. 40 minutes from the capital's center and just over 30 minutes from the Chopin international airport. Panattoni Park Warsaw West will ultimately reach approx. 91,000 sq m within 3 buildings. Currently, one of the halls has been fully completed – with an area of 31,190 sq m – which has already been fully leased. Modern facilities will allow for conducting diverse activities: from warehousing, through production, logistics, or e-commerce handling.
