
Warsaw - Panattoni, the market leader in industrial space, is expanding its record-breaking investment in Lower Silesia – Panattoni Park Wrocław Logistics South Hub. The first stage covered 120,000 sqm of speculative space, and the entire area was commercialized while still under construction. In the same formula, the developer will complete another 90,000 sqm, which it will deliver in Q3 of this year. The new facility will meet the highest sustainable building standards on the market.
Giants are betting on Lower Silesia. Panattoni Park Wrocław Logistics South Hub has already been chosen by the biggest names in the e-commerce and logistics industry. SHEIN will employ approx. 2,000 workers, leasing an area of 55,000 sqm. From Magnice, it will serve a significant part of Western Europe. DSV occupies as much as 75,000 sqm.
In response to the huge interest in the location, in the coming weeks Panattoni will start the next stage of the investment in Magnice. The developer will begin construction of 90,000 sqm of speculative space, which will be delivered in October this year. The development will be perfect for handling various types of processes: from production, through e-commerce and omnichannel support, to logistics and warehousing. Furthermore, thanks to the developed road infrastructure, the journey to the Czech and German borders takes only about an hour and a half, which allows for convenient service of foreign markets as well.

All these solutions at the BREEAM Excellent certification level are intended, among other things, to help tenants meet the requirements of the EU taxonomy and strive for zero-emission.
Panattoni creates gigantic business platforms. Lower Silesia is a flywheel for both the national economy and the Panattoni portfolio. The developer has already delivered nearly 2.1 million sqm here, and another 200,000 sqm remains under construction. The developer, among others, in Q2 of this year will begin the construction of two buildings with a total area of 160,000 sqm as part of Wrocław Campus. The park, which is already used by giants of the logistics, e-commerce, and automotive industries, attracts with its excellent location near the S8 road and the Wrocław Południe (A4) motorway junction. In the vicinity of the complex, there are, among others, Amazon facilities, and in the area of Wrocław, there is also the Korean LG complex, which includes the largest lithium-ion battery factory for electric cars in Europe. This confirms the huge business potential of the region.
