Panattoni is expanding Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate. Hellmann Worldwide Logisitcs Polska sp. z o.o. sp.k. – an international operator that will occupy 16,200 sqm within the next month – will move into the newly constructed building. After the expansion, the park will reach approx. 46,900 sqm, and Panattoni will approach 2 million sqm in the Wrocław region – the most attractive place for business in Poland.
The Wrocław region constantly demonstrates enormous potential, which was confirmed, among others, by last year's Business Environment Assessment Study - the capital of Lower Silesia is the most attractive city for business in the country. Wrocław is also an excellent location for industrial space, with a demand of approx. 1 million sqm last year. Panattoni is responsible for the lion's share, as it is expanding further investments in the region and approaching 2 million sqm of delivered space. This time, the developer is finishing the second building within Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate, and 16,200 sqm will be occupied next month by Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska sp. z o.o. sp.k. This is the second collaboration this year between Panattoni and the logistics operator, which also leased space in the developer's Toruń park.
"Double cooperation in one year is a sign of a fruitful partnership between Panattoni and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, so we are impatiently waiting for its development. We believe that choosing us is an important step in the development of the company, which chooses high quality of implementation as well as strategic locations on the map of Poland, providing access to key markets in the country and Europe" – says
