
Panattoni is finalizing the first stage of construction of a distribution warehouse for the Polish brand 4F, owned by OTCF S.A. The BTS facility is being built in Czeladź and will ultimately have 67,000 sq m of space. The completion of the first stage of construction will take place in February 2021, and the warehouse will be distinguished by a number of technological solutions that improve sorting, picking, and shipping of products within the framework of trade across all OTCF sales channels.
Panattoni for the sportswear sector. OTCF S.A. is a Polish manufacturer of sportswear and accessories, which is also famous for dressing the national teams of various countries for the Olympic Games. Construction of the warehouse for the 4F brand, owned by OTCF S.A., started in April this year on a plot at Gdańska Street in the strategic eastern part of Czeladź. As part of the project, a warehouse building with a total area of 67,000 sq m is being built, of which nearly 2,200 sq m will be occupied by a two-story office. In the first stage, over 40,000 sq m of space was prepared. Construction of the next 20,000+ sq m will start in the coming months, and the entire facility will be delivered in 2023.

In the era of rapid e-commerce growth and maintaining competitiveness, the OTCF project team focused primarily on using competencies and technology, creating an intelligent goods flow management system.
OTCF also took care of its employees. The 1,800 sq m recreational zone will consist of, among other things, a multi-purpose sports field, two mini-golf areas, a ping-pong table, and a barbecue area. There will also be an outdoor parking lot with a bus loop and a bus stop at the facility, which will significantly facilitate commuting to work. The facility has also been equipped with a number of pro-ecological solutions and will be certified under the BREEAM system at a level of at least „Very Good”.
The choice of Czeladź is not accidental. The facility is located in the vicinity of national road No. 86 (Katowice – Łódź) and 94 (Wrocław – Kraków), which directly connects Czeladź with Olkusz, where one of the main distribution centers of OTCF has been operating since 2014. From the new investment, it is 12 km to the A4 motorway and 15 km to the A1. Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice is located just 21 km away.
