The Polish industrial space market, thanks to its strategic location in the center of Europe, well-developed infrastructure, and still relatively low saturation, remains very attractive to investors who are increasingly opting for BTS facilities. LCN Capital Partners – a private equity investor actively operating in North America and Europe – has acquired another property tailored to the client's needs by Panattoni. The developer sold a BTS facility in Tczew for an amount exceeding 26 million euros – an advanced production and warehouse plant with an area of 30,000 sq m, which is key to the client's regional operations.
„We thank LCN Capital Partners for their trust, as they have acquired another BTS project completed by Panattoni. This repeated cooperation is proof that tailor-made industrial facilities are extremely attractive assets, and interest in this segment is constantly growing,” says Marek Foryński, BTS Managing Director at Panattoni, and adds: “Technologically advanced production plants equipped with a range of sustainable solutions have become the domain of the Panattoni BTS department in recent years, and our capabilities are appreciated by global players, confirming the quality of these projects and their enormous potential.
„The completion of the facility in Tczew is an example of the efficiency and flexibility of the Panattoni BTS department. The 10,000 sq m production and warehouse plant was purchased from the client – on a sale & leaseback basis – and expanded by another 20,000 sq m. The expansion included, among other things, the installation of a sprinkler system to FM Global standards and the adaptation of the floor for automated guided vehicles (AGV). Furthermore, the property underwent BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level. The comprehensive project was completed on schedule in March of this year thanks to the effective cooperation of all parties. We look forward to the development of this partnership,” says Ward Stocker from LCN Capital Partners.
„After completing a project that was successful on so many levels, it remains above all to thank our business partners for their immense trust and openness. This is an example of excellent cooperation, where each party is driven by the same goal – to achieve a win-win situation. The project involved a number of challenges, and undoubtedly, trust was key to efficient implementation and overcoming difficulties. We thank you and look forward to further projects,” says Marzena Tkaczuk, BTS Development Director at Panattoni.
As part of the campus in Tczew, the Panattoni client provides comprehensive solutions in the field of product development, including engineering, testing, production, and integrated supply chain services in many market segments.
