Panattoni has started construction of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III with a target area of over 70,000 sqm. The investment is being built in the center of the Silesian conurbation, near two motorways A1 and A4, and will provide excellent connections to the most important centers of the region and the country.
Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III is another complex of the company in Upper Silesia. This time, the developer is focusing on two buildings (46,561 sqm and 24,489 sqm), starting construction of approx. 50,000 sqm out of over 70,000 planned. The complex is being built in an excellent location. Its position in the very center of the Silesian conurbation - 5 km from the center of Ruda Śląska and 16 km from the center of Katowice – will ensure excellent regional connectivity. The proximity of the A1 (14 km) and A4 (5 km) motorways will allow for efficient domestic transport, connecting the park with such centers as Wrocław, Kraków, Łódź, Toruń, or Gdańsk.
