Panattoni has already delivered approximately 2.5 million sqm of industrial space in the Silesian Voivodeship

Mainfreight has signed a lease for approximately 2,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Park Sosnowiec III.
Mainfreight specializes in warehousing, sea and air freight, as well as domestic and international road transport. The company's new investment in Sosnowiec is its third branch in Poland.

A major advantage of the new location is its proximity to, among others, Sosnowiec and Katowice, as well as the S1 expressway. In the new facility, we will launch a cross-dock warehouse equipped with eight ramps for truck transshipment, which will significantly streamline the handling of line-haul vehicles departing for Romania, Spain, France, Portugal, and the Benelux countries. Additionally, the new warehouse stands out for its eco-friendly solutions and was built in accordance with BREEAM standards at the Very Good level – explains Rafał Maciaszek, branch manager, Mainfreight Europe.

Panattoni Park Sosnowiec III is a facility with a total area of 80,000 sqm. It provides access to the 4.5-million-strong Silesian Metropolis and other cities in southern Poland, including Kraków. It is located a short distance from the A4 motorway and the Katowice Special Economic Zone.

"In the Silesian Voivodeship, we have already delivered approximately 2.5 million sqm of industrial space – more than in any other region in Poland." – states Justyna Kononowicz, senior leasing manager at Panattoni.
