Panattoni, the leading industrial real estate developer in Europe, has completed the construction of a new production and warehouse facility for Air Spiralo in Szamotuły, near Poznań. The new 9,200 sq m investment will significantly enhance the company's production and logistics capabilities.
The new BTS facility is located near the existing Air Spiralo factory, allowing for the consolidation of logistics and production processes. 4,200 sq m of space has been adapted for production processes, and 4,100 sq m for warehouse operations. Offices will occupy 900 sq m.

Panattoni fully adapted the facility to Air Spiralo's technical and operational requirements. The hall was designed with its versatility in mind so that in the future it will be possible to convert warehouse space into production as production increases. It included the need for enhanced wall and ceiling insulation in the warehouse section and preparing the roof for increased daylight availability.’
The Air Spiralo plant will now be equipped with new technological lines and machinery. The developer also applied several solutions to minimize water consumption, energy consumption, and CO2 emissions and adapted its roof for photovoltaic installations and cooling equipment. The investment will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
