Panattoni has completed its fifth project for K-Flex in Uniejów

Panattoni has just completed its fifth investment for K-Flex in Uniejów. In March of this year, the developer also signed a new agreement for the expansion of the K-Flex production campus with another building of 33,000 sq m. As a result, the company's facilities in Uniejów will reach a total area of 100,000 sq m. This will allow the leading manufacturer of thermal and acoustic insulation materials to meet the growing needs of construction clients from Europe, Asia, and the USA.

Fruitful cooperation. K-Flex Polska, a global manufacturer of flexible insulation and acoustic materials, has decided on another stage of expanding its production campus in Uniejów. Just after completing the fifth investment of 6,500 sq m, in March the company signed an agreement for the further expansion of the complex - with a sixth building. The warehouse with an area of 33,000 sq m will be commissioned in the first quarter of 2023. Thus, the K-Flex campus in Uniejów will reach a total area of 100,000 sq m.

The new facility, the construction of which will begin soon, will be built on the plot opposite the existing facilities, which will enable further expansion of the company in the future.  The project will serve as a logistics center for the entire K-Flex complex in Uniejów. It will also undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. Its height will be increased to 15 m, and the roof will be adapted, among other things, for the installation of photovoltaics.

The latest completed investment for K-Flex is a high-bay warehouse with an area of 6,500 sq m. The increased height to 15 m will support the company's growing production within the K-Flex campus in Uniejów. This will allow meeting the needs of clients from the construction industry on three continents. Goods produced by the company within the complex go not only to Europe but also to the USA and Asia (including South Korea, Vietnam, and Malaysia).
