„The completion of this investment is further confirmation of our flexibility and ability to deliver projects tailored to the specific needs of our clients. We are proud to support the development of Air Spiralo by creating a modern facility that opens up new business growth opportunities for the company” - said
Marek Foryński, Managing Director at Panattoni BTS. Air Spiralo is an independent, family-owned company specializing in the production of high-quality ventilation components. It has factories in the Netherlands, Poland, and Finland, from which it supplies products to customers across Europe.
- „I would like to thank the entire team and our partners for their commitment to creating the new production plant. This investment opens up huge opportunities and is a key element in our business strategy. By locating the hall in the vicinity of the already operating factory, we will be able to effectively manage growing production and logistics, which is extremely important for our further development in the European market” – says
Roland Schrödter, General Director of Air Spiralo Poland –
„Air Spiralo has been present in Szamotuły since 1992. We consistently choose this location primarily due to the competence and professionalism of our employees, without whom our success would not be possible.”-
„The construction of this facility was a certain challenge, as it largely fell during the winter period. It was also necessary to properly develop the brownfield site. We are all the more pleased that the investment was handed over to the client on schedule” – explains Paulina Sokołowska, BTS Development Manager at Panattoni –
„Panattoni fully adapted the facility to the technical and operational requirements of Air Spiralo. The hall was designed with versatility in mind, making it possible in the future to convert warehouse space into production space as production grows. This involved, for example, the need to use increased insulation for the walls and ceiling of the warehouse section and preparing the roof to increase the availability of daylight”.
The Air Spiralo plant will now be equipped with new technological lines and machines. A number of solutions have been applied to minimize water and energy consumption as well as CO2 emissions, and its roof has been adapted for the installation of photovoltaic systems and cooling devices. The investment will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
