Panattoni has finalized the sale of two industrial parks in the Wrocław region

Panattoni has finalized the sale of two industrial projects in the region of the capital of Lower Silesia – Panattoni Park Wrocław East and Panattoni Park Wrocław S8 South. The investments have a total area of nearly 43,000 sqm.

Both investments are located in the immediate vicinity of Wrocław, a city rapidly developing its business offering and possessing the second-largest population among Polish cities.

„For institutional capital, key factors include financing costs, which have recently been falling clearly, improving liquidity and having a very positive impact on the outlook for the coming quarters. Industrial real estate has been at the very center of capital interest for years, and this trend is constantly growing. The Polish market, supported by stable fundamentals, is extremely attractive against the backdrop of Europe. Initiatives such as the Intel investment near Wrocław worth approximately 4.6 billion dollars allow for an optimistic view of long-term development prospects. In turn, the availability of modern real estate attracts investors and tenants looking for the highest quality facilities.” - comments Michał Stanisławski, Head of Asset Disposition at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Wrocław S8 South is located at the junction of the A4 motorway and the S8 expressway, which allows for efficient transport in many directions. The investment ensures reaching, among others, Berlin and Warsaw in 3 hours and Vienna in 5 hours. The attractiveness of the facility has been appreciated by four tenants – three logistics operators and a distributor of professional refrigeration solutions.

Similar location advantages are presented by Panattoni Park Wrocław East, located in the eastern part of the Wrocław agglomeration. The facility's area of 24,700 sqm is used by tenants from several industries, including glass, household appliances, and logistics.

Both investments have been equipped with a number of sustainable solutions and have obtained environmental certification using the BREEAM method.

- „The capital of Lower Silesia constantly heats up investors. It is in this region that we made our largest sale – facilities within the Wrocław Campus with a total area of 160,000 sqm, which turned out to be the largest transaction on the Polish real estate market this year. We also sold the City Logistics Wrocław II located within the city limits. The sale of another two parks is a confirmation of the market's enormous potential” – adds Michał Stanisławski.
