Panattoni has purchased land for a park in Stryków

Panattoni has acquired 14.8 hectares of land right at the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways (Łódź Północ junction), which connect Eastern and Western Europe and cross Poland from South to North and from West to East. This is where the developer's next investment in Central Poland will be built – Panattoni Park Stryków IV with a target area of 74,000 sqm, within two buildings. Construction is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2020. In the first phase, 41,000 sqm will be completed, with delivery scheduled for the first quarter of 2021.

Central Poland needs no introduction. It is the second largest warehouse market in the country with a supply of 3,291,500 sqm at the end of 2019 and one of the most popular choices for tenants. Within Central Poland, centers in Łódź and Stryków have been operating dynamically for many years, and thanks to strategic motorway junctions and close proximity to the capital of Poland, they offer convenient logistical conditions for conducting trade with domestic and foreign investors. Panattoni Park Stryków IV offers 74,000 sqm of modern class A warehouse space within two buildings, with 106 loading docks, ground-level gates, wide maneuvering yards and parking for 253 cars. The project allows for flexible module shaping, thanks to which the park's space can be used for both logistics operations and light production. The investment will meet the criteria of the BREEAM certificate at the VERY GOOD level.

The park will be built directly at the intersection of road 71 (Zgierz-Stryków) with national route 14 (Warsaw-Łódź) – at the A2 motorway junction (Stryków junction) Panattoni Park Stryków is located 2 km from the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways (Łódź Północ junction). The park is located approx. 17 km from the center of Łódź, which also allows for the use of the local labor market.
