Panattoni has secured financing for a new investment in Kraków

Panattoni has secured financing from mBank for the implementation of a new investment in the Lesser Poland region. Funds amounting to 26 million euros will be allocated for the construction of the modern logistics complex Panattoni Park Kraków East V.

The new Panattoni investment aligns with the development of the Lesser Poland warehouse market, which recently exceeded the threshold of 1 million sqm of space.

- „In the Kraków industrial real estate market, we have delivered approximately one-third of the total supply. This region is extremely demanding due to the limited availability of land. It is also characterized by one of the lowest vacancy rates in Poland, which confirms the high interest of tenants in modern warehouse spaces” – says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni. She adds – „Securing financing from mBank for Panattoni Park Kraków East – our latest investment in Lesser Poland – confirms the financial market's trust in our projects and the stability of the logistics real estate sector in the country”.

Panattoni Park Kraków East V is being built on a 10-hectare plot in Zakrzów, and construction work started in October last year. The investment includes a building with an area of 39,000 sqm, which will obtain a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. Flexible module design conditions will allow the facility to be adapted to diverse processes, from typical logistics applications to light manufacturing. One of the first tenants is the company Highway Automotive, which will occupy 8,000 sqm in the facility. From May, the company will supply the global market with parts for trucks, buses, and construction and agricultural machinery from this location.
