Panattoni has secured financing for City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV

Panattoni, the most active industrial real estate developer in the world, has secured financing for the construction of City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV. A loan of 17.25 million euros was provided by Santander Bank Polska.

- „A huge advantage of City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV is its location – 5 km from Chopin Airport, and at the same time close to the center of Warsaw, transport hubs and routes such as the S2 or S7” - says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni „Thanks to the financing obtained from Santander Bank Polska, we will complete the first stage of the investment, i.e., a warehouse with an area of over 10,000 sq m, which has been fully leased by one of the leading logistics operators”.

City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV will ultimately include two buildings totaling over 45,000 sq m. Subsequent spaces will be built speculatively in the Small Business Unit (SBU) format.

The location in Włochy, by the Southern Warsaw Bypass, makes the park an excellent base for last-mile logistics. Access to the Warszawa Południe transport hub and the S2, S7, S79 and S8 expressways will guarantee tenants good connectivity not only with the Warsaw metropolitan area, but also with all major cities in the country. Thanks to the urban location, as well as relatively small modules available for lease (from 800 sq m), the investment will be attractive to companies in the e-commerce, courier, packaging or even light manufacturing industries. The park's space can also be used for a company showroom or headquarters, which is facilitated by excellent visibility from the expressway. The entire facility will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.

The demand for City Logistics facilities is constantly growing. In the Warsaw metropolitan area alone, Panattoni has delivered eight parks with a total area exceeding 155,000 sq m, and another 64,000 sq m remains under construction.
