Panattoni has secured financing for the expansion of Panattoni Park Lublin IV

Panattoni has obtained a loan from Alior Bank for the expansion of its latest investment in the Lublin Voivodeship. 14 million euros will be allocated for the construction of a BTS-type facility with an area of 11,190 sqm for one of the leading logistics operators.

- "Lublin and its surroundings are one of the most dynamically developing regions in the country – it plays a key role in the development of logistics and industry in Eastern Poland. Panattoni has already delivered over 272,000 sqm of modern industrial space here, more than half of the total volume in this area. The financing obtained from Alior Bank allows us to develop another investment – a modern transshipment terminal will be built as part of Panattoni Park Lublin IV, tailored to the needs of our long-term business partner" – says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Lublin IV, located in the Economic Activity Zone in Świdnik, is a high-quality modern warehouse complex currently consisting of two buildings with a total area of 53,000 sqm. Among the current tenants are companies from the automotive, FMCG, and packaging industries. There are still 13,000 sqm of warehouse space available for lease.

The location of the investment in Świdnik, near Lublin, provides access to developed transport infrastructure. Its location at the Lublin-Zadębie junction and convenient access to the S12, S17, and S19 expressways, which are part of the international Via Carpatia route, make Panattoni Park Lublin IV an attractive operational base for logistics and manufacturing companies.
