Panattoni has finalized the sale of Panattoni Park Poznań A2 in Robakowo. The complex, with an area of 150,000 sqm, is fully leased by one of the leading players in the apparel industry, which uses it as a key logistics center in Europe.
150,000 sqm for a single tenant
Panattoni Park Poznań A2 is one of the largest logistics investments in the region. The entire complex is occupied by a single international tenant from the apparel sector.
The facility supports its warehouse and distribution operations in European markets. The long-term lease and the scale of the investment were among the key assets of the property from an investment perspective.
Strategic location near Poznań
The complex is located in Robakowo, approximately 19 km from the center of Poznań and 8.5 km from the intersection of the A2 motorway and the S11 expressway.
An intermodal terminal providing connections to the ports in Hamburg and Rotterdam also operates nearby. The location enables efficient service for both the Polish market and Western Europe.
Warehouses with BREEAM certificates
Hall B, with an area of approximately 82,000 sqm, developed in a build-to-suit formula, has achieved the BREEAM Outstanding certificate. Primary energy consumption has been reduced by over 27 percent compared to national requirements, and water consumption by 70 percent compared to the baseline model.
Hall A, on the other hand, holds a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
The sale of the complex is in line with the sustained interest of investors in large, fully leased logistics facilities in the most important warehouse markets in Poland.
