
Panattoni has finalized the sale of Panattoni Park Rzeszów North – a fully leased logistics and distribution complex with an area of 90,000 sqm. The buyer is Arete Investment Group, a pan-European asset management firm.
The transaction value amounted to nearly 60 million euros.
The complex consists of two modern class A buildings, completed at the beginning of 2023.
The logistics center can handle up to 100,000 orders per day.

Its location – right next to the A4 motorway, the S19 route, and just a kilometer from the Rzeszów–Jasionka airport – ensures excellent transport accessibility. The main tenant of the investment is Grupa LPP, for which the facility serves as one of the key logistics hubs, supporting e-commerce customer service throughout Central and Eastern Europe, including in Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Ukraine. The logistics center can handle up to 100,000 orders per day and store over 7 million products.
