Panattoni has finalized the sale of a highly automated e-grocery distribution center serving Auchan. The transaction value amounted to 30,2 million euros, and the buyer was the fund CORUM XL.
Strategic e-commerce hub near Warszawa
The build-to-suit facility is located in Wilcza Góra near Warszawa and serves as a key logistics center for Auchan's e-grocery operations in Poland.
The property has been fully leased for a period of 15 years, which ensures operational stability and long-term revenue security.
Automation based on Ocado technology
The center operates based on the advanced Ocado Smart Platform system, used in modern online grocery shopping logistics.
The facility was designed from the beginning with maximum automation of warehouse processes, order picking, and delivery handling in mind, which allows for increased efficiency and shortened fulfillment time for online orders.

The transaction confirms the growing interest of the logistics real estate market in projects that combine:
