Panattoni has started the final stage of construction of the City Logistics Kraków I park

Panattoni has started the final stage of construction of the urban park City Logistics Kraków I in Nowa Huta. As part of the expansion, 11,300 sqm of new space will be created, and the entire park will reach its target size – 36,500 sqm.

In the final phase of the expansion of City Logistics Kraków I, hall A will gain additional space. Its completion is planned for September of this year, and half of the new space already has a tenant who will move into the facility in November. The 36,500 sqm park is already almost fully commercialized – only about 6,000 sqm remains for lease in the Small Business Unit (SBU) format. The space with the possibility of flexible adaptation allows for conducting logistics, warehousing, as well as light production operations.

- "Our investment is a response to the growing demand for modern warehouse space in strategic urban locations. City Logistics Kraków I is a modern complex that will work perfectly for the implementation of last-mile logistics processes" - says Filip Noworól, Senior Leasing Manager at Panattoni and adds: "The start of the final stage of the project and the high level of its commercialization confirm our strong position on the Kraków market."

City Logistics Kraków I is located in the eastern part of the city – just 11 km from the strict city center, near the Pleszów tram and bus terminus, which ensures easy access for employees and the possibility of full use of urban infrastructure. In turn, the proximity of the S7 expressway – about 3 minutes to the Nowa Huta junction – and the A4 motorway guarantees good road connections with all major centers in the country.

The park is equipped with loading docks, zero-level gates, spacious maneuvering yards, and numerous parking spaces for passenger cars and trucks. The facility has been certified under the BREEAM system, which confirms its energy efficiency and the use of pro-ecological solutions. In turn, the modern glass facade and green zones in front of the office entrances increase work comfort.
