Panattoni increases the volume of facilities in the Baltic Sea region

Start of construction of Panattoni Park Tricity South II.

Construction of the developer's next park near the Tricity will start as early as March this year. Panattoni Park Tricity South II, with a planned warehouse and production area of 70,000 sqm and two buildings, will be built in several stages. The first 25,000 sqm will be delivered as early as August this year, of which over 3,500 sqm already has a tenant who will carry out light production, packaging, and storage processes.

Location.

Panattoni Park Tricity South II is primarily an excellent location. The distribution center will be built near Pruszcz Gdański - in Będzieszyn, in the vicinity of the Rusocin junction of the A1 motorway, as well as close to key national roads (S6 and S7). Thanks to this, the park's tenants will have access to the Pomeranian bypass and will save valuable minutes to the Czech border. Furthermore, via the southern Tricity bypass, Pruszcz Gdański allows access to the eastern part of the country. Additionally, the town provides access to the railway network, which connects it with Gdańsk, Warsaw, Bratislava, and Vienna. A natural advantage of this location is also the proximity of the Port of Gdańsk, which will be indirectly used by the tenants. It handles goods arriving from all over the world – including China, the USA, Singapore, or a dozen or so European countries.

Green light for green solutions.

Panattoni Park Tricity South II will be certified using the BREEAM New Construction International method at the VERY GOOD level. This means that the complex will be equipped with BMS building automation managing automatic control systems in the facilities (electricity, lighting, ventilation, LED heating), as well as a system limiting water consumption or automatic license plate recognition. Furthermore, Panattoni will carry out Land Stewardship activities (care for the area), preserving as much biologically active area as possible (e.g., existing greenery) during the implementation of the investment. Beehives and birdhouses will be installed, not to mention bicycle shelters and car sharing.
