Panattoni invests, FB Antczak will build, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics will lease
A warehouse with an area of approximately 15,000 sqm will be built by FB Antczak as part of Panattoni Park Stryków IV. The company has signed a general contracting agreement for the investment with Panattoni. The main tenant of the space will be the company Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.

The location of the warehouse park takes into account the immediate vicinity of the „Stryków” transport hub, which is the intersection of national road No. 14 and the A2 motorway. In addition, about 8 km from the investment under construction is the „Łódź Północ” junction at the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways. Access to the park is also possible via public transport, and the distance to the nearest airport, Łódź Władysław Reymont Airport, is only 25 km.
