The Panattoni company is carrying out another investment for the logistics operator InPost. A modern warehouse hall with an area of 11,000 sqm is being built in Sosnowiec, which will be commissioned later in 2026.
The new investment is being developed in the build-to-suit (BTS) formula, which means the facility is fully adapted to the tenant's operational processes.
The warehouse will serve as a cross-dock terminal, designed for the efficient handling of the growing volume of courier shipments.
The facility will be equipped with advanced technological solutions, including:
The applied technologies are intended to increase operational efficiency and improve shipment handling in the region.

The commencement of operations in the facility is planned for September 2026.
The hall is being built as part of the Panattoni Park Sosnowiec V complex, which will ultimately reach approximately 52,000 sqm of warehouse space.
The first stage of the investment – over 33,000 sqm – was completed at the end of 2025 and is already partially leased.
The park is located in a convenient transport hub:
Such a location ensures efficient distribution on both a regional and national scale.
The investment will be certified under the BREEAM system at the Excellent level, which means the application of pro-ecological solutions and high energy efficiency.
The implementation of the project confirms the continuing high demand for modern logistics spaces, especially in regions with developed infrastructure, such as Śląsk.
