
Panattoni has started construction of a new investment in Western Pomerania. Panattoni Park Szczecin V will reach 30,000 sq m and has already gained its first tenant – 8,600 sq m has been leased by a company from the Horeca sector.
Szczecin is considered the gateway to the west and north of Europe – due to its strategic location and access to all modes of transport, it is an attractive location for businesses operating on an international scale. It attracts companies from the logistics, distribution, and e-commerce markets, among others, and currently occupies seventh place in the domestic warehouse space market. Panattoni has made a huge contribution to the development of the region, having already delivered 800,000 sq m of modern industrial space in Western Pomerania and is constantly expanding its portfolio. The developer has started construction of its latest investment – Panattoni Park Szczecin V on Lubczyńska Street.

At Panattoni Park Szczecin V, the client will conduct distribution processes and store food products, including in cold storage and freezer conditions. The proximity of the A6 motorway and the S3 expressway will allow for efficient delivery management and quick response to the needs of professional clients from the Horeca sector.

For the Szczecin investment, among other things, an LCA analysis and a climate and flood risk assessment for the next 50 years were carried out. The building was also designed with a potential change of its purpose in the future in mind.
