Panattoni has leased 35,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Gliwice III. With this, another of the developer's distribution centers has been fully commercialized. The tenant will move into the park as early as April of this year and will use it to fulfill e-commerce orders.

The developer has leased 35,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Gliwice III to a retail chain that will fulfill online orders for non-food products such as clothing, sports and garden accessories, and home goods, including household appliances. The tenant will move into the park as early as April this year, thereby ensuring its consumers constant access to its offer.

Commenting on the lease at Panattoni Park Gliwice III is Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director at Panattoni: - „The change in consumer shopping behavior forced by the current situation and the shift of their activity from traditional distribution channels to the internet have caused retail chains to seek additional warehouse space. Thanks to the scale of Panattoni's operations over the last few years, we are able to secure the warehouse space desired today and help our clients shift from managing their supply chain in just-in-time mode”.

100% commercialized. Panattoni Park Gliwice III is a modern distribution center with an area of 168,500 sqm across four buildings. The investment is located in the north-western part of Upper Silesia, a strategic location not only for entities looking for warehouse space but also for investment potential. Additionally, the park's ideal location, directly at the most important transport hubs – just 2.5 km from the Sośnica Interchange connecting the A1 with the A4 – meant that the park was fully leased.
