Panattoni on the home stretch of completing a production facility for Trivium Packaging.

Panattoni will deliver 21,000 sqm for Trivium Packaging – a global manufacturer of metal packaging – as early as the beginning of 2023. This will be the largest completed project for a single client in the developer's Kraków portfolio. Panattoni Park Kraków North will also become the tenant's benchmark production facility in this part of the world.

Increasingly active in the Kraków region. In the coming months, Panattoni will exceed a quarter of a million sqm in the region of the capital of Lesser Poland. One of the developer's key investments is Panattoni Park Kraków North, which will ultimately reach 55,000 sqm. The entire facility will be commissioned in mid-2023. At the beginning of the year, the first building with an area of 30,000 sqm will be completed, of which 21,000 sqm will be occupied by Trivium Packaging – a global manufacturer of metal packaging with over 60 production plants on five continents. The company is relocating its existing chemical packaging production to the Lesser Poland facility. The facility will also house painting and packaging processes. From Panattoni Park Kraków North, the company will serve the Polish market and numerous European markets.

The Kraków plant will be a benchmark in the European portfolio of Trivium Packaging. The investment will be carried out in accordance with high sustainable building standards and will obtain environmental certification at the Excellent level, ensuring a significant reduction in energy, water, and CO2 emissions. By delivering a modern and ecological facility, Panattoni perfectly aligns with the tenant's policy: „Circularity Champion”. One of its pillars is cooperation with entities that care about circularity and resource conservation. This is one of the key aspects of the „Go Earthwise with Panattoni” sustainable development concept.

„The project for Trivium Packaging is unique both for us and for the client. We are strengthening our position in the Kraków market, and we are also confirming the region's enormous potential for international operations. Thanks to our team's vast experience, the client will receive a unique facility that meets stringent requirements, as well as being technologically advanced, allowing for the optimization of operations and the increase of volumes. This is the first Panattoni lease in the region exceeding 20,000 sqm, but we can announce that the record will be broken soon”. – says Michał Samborski, Head of Development at Panattoni.

The attractive location of Panattoni Park Kraków North is one of the key arguments that decided the choice of this location by Trivium Packaging. The complex is being built near the E77 European route. Furthermore, within a radius of less than 100 km, there are two international airports – Kraków-Balice and Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice. For operations in Poland, the proximity of the S7 expressway is crucial - which will ultimately run from Gdańsk almost to the southern border, as well as national road No. 44, which connects Kraków with, among others, Silesia.

Panattoni Park Kraków North will occupy approx. 55,000 sqm, and nearly 50,000 sqm has already been leased. In mid-2023, the developer will deliver the second and final building of the complex, which will be entirely occupied by a single tenant. Demand for space within the park is driven by its excellent location as well as the possibility of flexible adaptation to the client's industry. The space can be prepared for the potential operations of representatives of dozens of industries, including logistics, automotive, or FMCG. Proper design of the facilities allows them to be adapted to warehousing, production, or food logistics processes.
