Panattoni has completed the construction of a new 50,300 sqm park in Bolesławiec. The first tenant of the Lower Silesian investment is Toyota Boshoku Poland.
Toyota Boshoku Poland is part of the Toyota Boshoku Group, an international company in the automotive industry. It specializes in the production of finished seats, seat components, and car interior elements. The tenant chose this location due to both the proximity to its main headquarters and convenient connections to key markets. The new 6,500 sqm warehouse will support the company's development in terms of servicing nearby production and transporting products to Western Europe.

The advantage of Panattoni Park Bolesławiec is its road connections. The facility is located close to the A4 motorway (50 km to the German border towards Dresden) and the A18 (80 km to the border towards Berlin). The newest Panattoni park in Lower Silesia will offer tenants 184 parking spaces for passenger cars, 12 spaces for HGVs, and 91 loading docks. The modern space of the facility will be perfect for companies in the logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing sectors.
Panattoni Park Bolesławiec has been equipped with many green solutions that will reduce energy and water consumption, thereby lowering tenants' operating costs. The facility will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
