Panattoni Park Goleniów fully commercialized

Panattoni has signed a lease agreement with logistics operator FIEGE for over 16,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Goleniów I. With this, the entire 60,000 sqm park has been fully commercialized.

FIEGE will use the new space for a warehouse, with nearly 800 sqm allocated for offices. The German-origin company began operations at the facility in June of this year. The operator is known for a wide range of logistics services, including supply chain management, warehouse logistics, distribution, and transport. It provides solutions for companies across various industries—from manufacturing and retail to e-commerce—which fits perfectly with the profile of Panattoni Park Goleniów I.

We are pleased that FIEGE has joined our group of tenants at Panattoni Park Goleniów. This lease agreement confirms the attractiveness of our location, which offers excellent logistics and commercial conditions – says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni Thanks to this transaction, the entire park has been leased, which demonstrates the steadily growing interest of investors in the Szczecin region. Panattoni has already delivered 800,000 sqm of space to the West Pomeranian market and has another 83,000 sqm under construction.

- Panattoni has guaranteed us a great location in Goleniów, where we already operate another Distribution Center. This cooperation enables the further development of FIEGE in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. In our new distribution center, we will provide logistics services for a client in the e-commerce sector – says Tomasz Przybył, Head of Business Development at FIEGE.

Panattoni Park Goleniów I is a modern logistics center located in the Goleniów Industrial Park, consisting of two Class A warehouse buildings. The park offers excellent transport connections, including proximity to the A6 motorway and the S3 expressway, ensuring convenient access to major cities in Poland and Germany, including Berlin. The location serves as an attractive base for companies operating in European markets, also thanks to direct rail connections with other European cities, the proximity of the Szczecin-Goleniów Airport, and the deep-water Port of Szczecin-Świnoujście.

The park has undergone environmental certification under the BREEAM system, which translates into lower operating costs for users and supports the achievement of their climate goals
