Panattoni is expanding its portfolio in the Lubusz Voivodeship. The developer is starting the construction of Panattoni Park Gorzów II with a target area of 67,000 sq m within three buildings. The first of them will be completed later this year and will occupy 36,500 sq m. Upon completion of the investment, the company's portfolio in the region will exceed 700,000 sq m.
The Lubusz market is growing rapidly, driven by subsequent Panattoni projects. The company has delivered approx. 400,000 sq m of industrial space here. It has implemented both its own parks – in Zielona Góra and Gorzów – as well as large-scale bespoke facilities – including BTS Świebodzin occupying 200,000 sq m, which was the largest industrial facility built last year in Poland. Now the developer is launching another investment – Panattoni Park Gorzów II. Within three buildings, the company will deliver 67,000 sq m. The first of them will be completed by the end of this year, and its area will be 36,500 sq m. The facility will be built less than an hour's drive from the border with Germany.
"The Lubusz region is one of the biggest beneficiaries of the rapid development of the industrial space market in Poland. Located in the vicinity of the western border, it allows for serving customers from Germany and the rest of the continent, becoming a hub for international operations. The potential is confirmed by the numbers - demand at the level of 400,000 sq m in 2021, comparable to Kuyavia and the Tri-City – two rapidly developing regions – lower only than the so-called Big Five." – says
Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director, Panattoni.Panattoni Park Gorzów II is being built approx. 8 km from the city center, near the S3 road running along the western border, connecting Legnica with Szczecin. The artery is part of the European route E65 - leading from the north to the south of Europe. The new Panattoni complex will be adapted for both warehousing, logistics and e-commerce processes, and it will be possible to adapt the buildings to the requirements of individual production. The investment will also be built in accordance with a high standard of sustainable construction. It will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level and will be the first Panattoni-owned park in the region with such a high ecological standard.
