Panattoni Park Kraków East II with a new tenant

FCA, a company specializing in optical telecommunications, has decided to lease over 5,300 sqm in a warehouse center east of Kraków in the town of Targowisko. The transaction has allowed for the completion of the commercialization process of the Panattoni Park Kraków East II distribution park.

FCA is a manufacturer and supplier of fiber optic systems for the construction of optical teletransmission networks. The company manages projects by offering consulting and support at every stage of the investment. FCA has been operating on the Polish market for over 25 years. Its headquarters are located in Niepołomice, and its local offices can be found in Warsaw, Poznań, Lublin, Łódź, Częstochowa, Wrocław, Kraków, and Gdańsk.

"The continuation of our expansion and the need to build a strong operational base near Kraków determined the consolidation of our activities from central Poland. We were primarily looking for a facility relatively close to our headquarters in Niepołomice, which would provide us with a higher standard of warehouse and office space. After presenting the available options, the choice of the warehouse in Targowisko turned out to be closest to our expectations, with the flexibility of the developer itself also proving to be key" – said Iwona Pałaszewska, Director of the Purchasing and Logistics Department, FCA.

Panattoni Kraków East II offers over 18,500 sqm of warehouse and office space. The distribution park is located next to the A4 motorway at the Targowisko junction. The warehouse center has been certified under the BREEAM system and received a Very Good rating.
