Panattoni Park Kraków East IV completed

Panattoni has completed the construction of another investment in the Lesser Poland region – Panattoni Park Kraków East IV. The project will be financed with a loan of 10.5 million euros, granted by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. The facility has been fully leased by the company OMEGA Pilzno.

Bank financing for Panattoni Park Kraków East IV is the second loan in a short time for the developer for an investment in Lesser Poland. This month, the company also received a loan for the realization of the City Logistics Kraków III project.

– „Our investments are highly rated by financial institutions, which is best confirmed by obtaining another significant loan – for the realization of Panattoni Park Kraków East IV. The facility was built in Niepołomice, one of the most attractive locations for industrial real estate in Lesser Poland, and has already been fully commercialized. We thank Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego for their trust and partnership” – says Karina Trojańska, Chief Financing & Operating Officer at Panattoni.

The entire space of Panattoni Park Kraków East IV – 18,100 sq m – has been leased by OMEGA Pilzno, a Polish logistics operator. The modern warehouse fits perfectly into the company's long-term business strategy – it will allow for offering space to clients and will become a well-connected base for a fleet of heavy goods vehicles. OMEGA Pilzno will benefit from a range of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions at the new location, and the facility will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The investment is located in the vicinity of the A4 motorway junction.

Last year, the developer finalized its largest investment in the Lesser Poland region – Panattoni Park Kraków North with an area of 56,500 sq m, as well as two parks located in Skawina: Panattoni Park Kraków West I and Panattoni Park Kraków West III. This year, two investments were delivered: City Logistics Kraków Airport II and Panattoni Park Kraków East IV, while City Logistics Kraków III remains under construction.

– „The Kraków industrial real estate market is specific – due to limited land availability, it is characterized by relatively low saturation and, consequently, one of the lowest vacancy rates in the country. At the same time, the potential is enormous, driven primarily by human capital – the second-largest population in the country and a thriving academic center. Panattoni is consistently developing its portfolio in the region to meet demand” – explains Karina Trojańska.
