Panattoni Park Lublin II with a new tenant. Avides leases over 16,000 sqm.

Panattoni, the most active industrial real estate developer in Europe, has acquired a new tenant for its Lublin investment. The company Avides, a leading European seller of re-marketed goods, has leased over 16,000 sqm of modern warehouse space at Panattoni Park Lublin II.

Avides is an international entity with over 25 years of experience in e-commerce, whose operations align with the growing importance of environmental responsibility and the circular economy. The company specializes in the distribution of surplus stock and the handling of consumer returns – it manages, among other things, end-of-series products and items from returns, contributing to the reduction of resource waste. Avides has its operational centers in Germany, Poland, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom, and the new warehouse in Lublin will allow for further development of its operations in Central and Eastern Europe.

Panattoni Park Lublin II is a modern class A warehouse complex, comprising three halls with a total area of approximately 85,000 sqm. The park is located in the Niemce municipality, directly by the S19 expressway (Via Carpatia), near the junction connecting the S12, S17, and S19 routes, which ensures excellent road connections. The investment has undergone BREEAM certification, offering tenants a range of environmentally friendly solutions, such as green zones at office entrances, electric car charging stations, dusk sensors for outdoor lighting, and sanitary fittings that reduce water consumption.

Among the tenants of Panattoni Park Lublin II are companies such as Varroc Lighting Systems and Stella Pack – leaders in their industries, for whom the location and high standard of the complex support the development of their operations in Central and Eastern Europe.

Commitment to regional development. Panattoni recognized the potential of the Lublin Voivodeship as one of the first industrial real estate developers.
