Panattoni, the leader of the industrial real estate market in Europe, has started construction of Panattoni Park Nadarzyn II. The investment is being built on a plot of nearly 20 hectares and will occupy almost 100,000 sq m.
On the way to the second million.
Panattoni is approaching 2 million sq m of delivered space in another region. 20 km from the center of Warsaw, the developer has started construction of Panattoni Park Nadarzyn II. The company will deliver two buildings that will occupy a total of 91,000 sq m. As much as 25,800 sq m – more than half of the first facility being built – will be occupied by an international logistics operator. It will conduct operations from here for one of the global leaders in the interior design market. The company will use, among other things, special courier docks and electric vehicle charging zones. Additionally, Panattoni will increase the fire protection of the space due to the sensitivity of the products handled. The tenant will gain early access to the facility as early as February 2023. The project will be certified using the BREEAM method at the Excellent level.
-The strength of the Warsaw market lies in numerous centers at a short distance from the capital, which, together with the possibilities of the city itself, determine the enormous potential of the region. Such towns and their surroundings as Pruszków, Radzymin, Konotopa or Grodzisk are already attracting leaders, and another growing market is Nadarzyn. We recently announced the leasing of space in the first park built in this area by a global e-commerce giant – and now, in the second park already under construction, nearly 30 percent is leased by a logistics operator. It looks like Nadarzyn is becoming a key logistics hub in the region, and its importance will only grow – says Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director at Panattoni.
Something ends, something begins.
Panattoni started construction of the second Nadarzyn park immediately after completing Panattoni Park Nadarzyn. The first investment in this area was built in Urzut and occupied 54,000 sq m. It proved to be an excellent logistics hub, as two international operators function there. Leasing over 25,000 sq m in Panattoni Park Nadarzyn II by another operator only confirms the attractiveness of this area for the industry.
Unflagging interest in the surroundings of Warsaw. Panattoni is constantly expanding its portfolio in the capital region. In the first quarter of 2022, the demand for industrial space in the vicinity of Warsaw was the second largest in Poland. This is one of the most dynamically developing markets in Europe, which benefits from an excellent location at the intersection of European transport routes and access to human resources – over 5 million people live in the capital region.
